About Me

My name is Debbie and I live in the Omaha, Nebraska area. I've recently stepped off on a new adventure with refinishing furniture and finding it a new home.  Repurposing and beautifying the vintage and antiques I have run across has long been a love of mine, the business side of finding them homes is relatively new. I also love the "old" creative endeavors of rug hooking and quilting. I hope to share my interests with and meet many other like minded people out in blogland.  I sell pieces off my blog for local pick up only.  I recently became an authorized retailer for American Paint Company Paints, a fabulous Clay/Chalk/Mineral based paint that has NO VOC's, and is easy no prep to use.  I love these paints and will begin offering classes to show you the many ways you can use these paints to achieve a unique and special look.  Find the paints at, The Brass Armadillo, 10666 Sapp Brothers Drive, Omaha, 68138 in the Twice Nice Booth#208 on Montana Ave.  I also am involved in a yearly sale 'The Prairie Market' with some talented ladies.  Find information about those sales events on my sidebars.  Finally I consign several furniture pieces to a lovely new boutique, NJ & Co. located on West Center Road in Omaha.
